Preorder Payment: Payment is collected in full at the time of purchase. By placing a preorder, you are securing your copy and confirming your commitment to the order.
Preorder Processing: Your order will be held and fulfilled once the book is officially released and available for shipment.
Estimated Delivery: Orders are expected to ship within 5–10 business days after the release date. Delivery times will vary based on your location and selected shipping method.
Shipping Confirmation: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Domestic Orders: Most U.S. orders are delivered within 3–7 business days after shipment.
International Orders: International delivery times vary by destination. Please allow 10–21 business days after shipment for international orders to arrive.
Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. We are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched.

We ship to addresses within the United States and select international destinations.
Free shipping is available on all U.S. orders over $100.
Shipping rates for orders under $100 and international orders will be calculated at checkout.
Once your preorder ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after your shipping confirmation is sent.

Returns & Exchanges

Because this is a preorder item, please note the following:

Cancellations: You may cancel your preorder at any time before the order ships by contacting us at candicesadventures15@gmail.com. Once the order has shipped, cancellations are no longer accepted.
Damaged or Defective Items: If your book arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage and your order number. We will gladly send a replacement at no additional cost.
Wrong Item Received: If you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right promptly.
General Returns: Due to the nature of books, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or change of mind. All preorder sales are considered final unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
